In
December 2001 the Project PADE (Argentine Experiments
Package, or Paquete Argentino de Experimentos) flew
on board Space Shuttle Endeavour in mission STS-108,
carrying seven experiments designed and built in
Argentina.
Project PADE was the First Latin American Get Away
Special Canister to fly into space and was managed
by the Argentine Association for Space Technology
